01 Acceptance of Terms

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and WC33 ("Company", "us"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the website, mobile application, and all services offered by WC33.

By accessing or using any part of the wc33 platform — including creating an account, making a deposit, or simply browsing the website — you are deemed to have read and agreed to all terms contained herein, including Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy us.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use WC33 services, you must meet the following requirements:

• Aged 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
• Not prohibited by local laws from participating in online gambling activities.
• Voluntarily registering for entertainment purposes only.
• Providing accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information during registration.
• Not currently enrolled in a self-exclusion program on any gambling platform.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account only. Detection of duplicate accounts will result in all associated accounts being suspended and balances held in those accounts may be forfeited subject to investigation.

03 Account Management

You are fully responsible for the security of your account. This includes choosing a strong password, not sharing your login credentials with anyone, and ensuring that devices used to access your account are secure.

WC33 uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all information transmitted between your device and our servers. However, the responsibility for security on the user's end lies with the member themselves.

• Report any suspicious activity or unauthorized access to customer support immediately.
• Update your account information if any of your personal details change.
• Do not use a VPN or proxy to access the platform, as this may result in false location detection.
• Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administration fee.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Wc33 supports a wide range of local Malaysia payment methods, including bank transfers, digital wallets, and other instant payment options. All deposits are credited to your account immediately upon confirmation from the payment processor.

General Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is as specified on the platform's deposit page.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name.
• Wc33 does not accept deposits from third parties.

General Withdrawal Terms:

• Withdrawals are only processed to the same payment method used for the deposit, except in certain cases.
• KYC verification must be completed before your first withdrawal request is processed.
• Approved withdrawal requests will be processed within 15 minutes on business days.
• Daily withdrawal limits depend on your membership tier in the wc33 VIP programme.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

WC33 offers a variety of bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and limited-time promotions. Each bonus is subject to specific terms stated at the time the offer is made.

• All bonuses come with wagering requirements (rollover) which must be fulfilled before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
• Members may only claim one welcome bonus for the lifetime of their account.
• WC33 reserves the right to void bonuses if there are signs of abuse or fraud.
• Games eligible to fulfill the bonus rollover requirement are stated in the details of each promotion.

If there is a conflict between promotional text and these general terms, promotion-specific terms which will take precedence for that promotion period only.

06 Game Rules

All games available at WC33 — including Live Casino, Slots, Fish Shooting Games, and Sports Betting — operate in accordance with their respective game rules as set by the game providers and WC33.

• Game results are final. No appeals may be made against outcomes generated by a verified RNG system.
• Technical issues during a game session will be resolved based on system logs. Funds will be returned if a session cannot be completed due to a technical disruption on wc33's end.
• Wagers placed with the intent to manipulate the system will be voided without compensation.

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wc33 platform and may result in permanent account closure and legal action where applicable:

• Use of automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Unlawful collusion between players to gain an unfair advantage.
• Money laundering through the gaming platform.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Opening an account in another person's name or using another person's identity.
• Any attempt to breach or disrupt the security of the WC33 system.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing customer support staff.

08 Privacy & Personal Data

WC33 is committed to protecting your personal information. The collection, processing, and storage of your personal data is conducted in accordance with wc33 Privacy Policy which form part of this agreement.

In short, we collect data necessary for account operation, identity verification, payment processing, and improving the user experience. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes without your consent.

09 Account Closure & Suspension

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, all applicable wagering requirements must be fulfilled and no withdrawal requests may be pending.

WC33 reserves the right to suspend or close an account in the following situations:

• Suspected or confirmed breach of terms and conditions.
• Requests from lawful authorities.
• Accounts inactive for more than 24 months with no activity.
• Failure to submit KYC documents within the specified timeframe.

10 Limitation of Liability

Wc33 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including service interruptions, technical delays, or third-party failures.

The WC33 platform is provided "as is". While we strive to keep the platform running smoothly 24/7, we cannot guarantee completely uninterrupted availability due to scheduled maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.

11 Responsible Gaming

WC33 takes responsible gaming seriously. We provide the following tools to all members free of charge:

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through your account settings.
• Loss Limit: Set a maximum amount you can lose within a given period.
• Account Break: Temporarily suspend your account for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 months.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your account if you feel that gambling has become a problem.

12 Applicable Law & Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where WC33 operates. Any disputes arising from or in connection with this agreement shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties.

If negotiations fail, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the prescribed rules. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
